win rates are a very poor way to tell if a hero is balanced or not. I could be playing the worst hero in the game but if i have a coordinated team iâll have a high winrate with said hero.

They mean different things, but in a sense THEY ARE SIMILAR. Similar in the sense that when we look at both definitions brought up, they paint something in a negative light, acting as if the thing theyâre âcriticizingâ is beneath them.
