Being able to know exactly what every character is capable of at any moment is super important in a fast paced game like OW. TF2 gets away with it due to being a much slower game with far fewer characters, and imo its one of the worst parts of Paladin’s design.
Its especially important when there are characters like Soldier, Tracer, McCree, Genji etc where changing just one value a little can be the difference between balanced and broken.
