So, im on xbox, and i bought rose gold mercy, the bundle, it redirected me to the xbox shop and i bought it through there, now xbox says i bought it, my bank says i did too, but in the ow2 shop is says i still needa buy it and it isnt in my locker either. Help?

Same thing is happening to me. Im guessing there is a “back up” with payments going through.
