Internet went down mid competetive match.

I was gone for maybe 30 seconds. We were winning. We full held their attack, and now we were in the middle of taking the point when I DCd. For all I know, my team won while I was disconnected.

I log back in.

SUSPENDED FROM COMPETETIVE PLAY FOR 10 MINUTES. 60 SR LOST.

GIVE ME MY SR BACK

GIVE ME MY ENDORSEMENT LEVEL BACK BECAUSE IT DROPPED FROM 3 TO 2.

AND IF YOU ARE THINKING ‘WOW THIS PERSON IS MAD’, YOU’RE DANG RIGHT I’M MAD.

I’m pretty sure the reason I got suspended and lost rating and got the leaver penalty overall when I was only gone for less than a minute is in fact because my team won the game right after I DCd, so it considered me having left the game, then the game ended.

That’s not fair.

Sorry, they cover this in the stickies. And I know it’s not what you want to hear/read, but it applies to everyone equally.

There’s no way to get it back. Your internet crashed and you ruined the match. You need to be held responsible.

I don’t understand it. My internet is perfectly fine. I just disconnected in the log-in screen almost everymatch. And also, every time I press play in battle net application it always need to update. Tried to reinstall it, doesn’t fix it.
