I placed Plat at the end of the season 2 and I only got Gold rewards, This is really annoying and I’m wondering if I could get those points I earned.

I have a simular kinda issue, i was ended up in gold. but i didn’t get ANY rewards, please help?? im wondering if i could get my points ??
