Well, like many other players… i’ve experienced the same thing aswell.
DPS: Season 3 i finished in Diamond 3 , this season i got Master 5 (i don’t mind it - 52% winrrate)
Support: Season 3 i finished in Master 1, this season i got Diamond 1( with 78% winrrate , i get this “derank”)
Still if they did adjusted my rank to my real mmr, my dps should be lower imo… and supp higher.
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
