So my main (waffles) in season 3 was GM1 on support and was placing gm1 every 5 wins and maintaining ~65% win rate while doing so. I was looking forward to season 4 but I log in to be told I’m now masters 2 and not receive rewards? meanwhile my 2 smurf accounts I use for warmup/practice both were mid GM ranks and both got demoted to GM5 which has less overall games played then the main since they’re warmup/practice accounts but for some reason are deranked higher than my main? I’m just curious how this is fair because I essentially feel I wasted my time in season 3 playing competitively just to get all my progress and rewards taken away and overall makes me not want to play at all because what’s the point?

The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
