I climbed to diamond 5 in damage last season and only played one game after it, finishing in diamond. When the reset occurred it said I was still platinum 1 which is not correct, I received the wrong rewards and no title for the effort I put into the game and would definitely like to receive them.

If that final game was a loss, then it’s possible your final adjusted rank really is platinum 1 in which case this was likely due to the 7 win 20 loss system preventing you from seeing your true rank.
