My overwatch account got linked with a random battlenet account. I can’t find ANY info on how to unlink the account since I do not have the information of said account. Can anyone help me? I tried making a ticket or contacting blizzard but everything was just giving me the run around
Account issues can only be handled via the ticket system. However, the account links last one year, so they may not be able to change anything.
How can I make a ticket? It always just gives me pre made answers to categorized questions. Thank you for the reply

Same thing happened to me and I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix it for a month. At this point I think the only hope is to wait the entire year. 
Yeah I’m just gonna give up lol
