Wrecking ball piledriver impact effect missing?

Hi, so i was trying to use the “Wrecking ball piledriver impact effect” on the workshop that i saw on another mode but it seems to be missing for me, and when i try coping and pasting the code it says “Error: expected an option after ‘Teams),’ on line 9”

I’m new to the workshop so i assume i must be doing something wrong, i just can’t figure out what
