If I use Carnage, Knife Throw, etc does it subtract from the base damage, and keep the wound damage the same? Just want to know.
Wound damage is tied to what applies it, not how much damage the hit does. The healing is affected by how much damage the actual wound does, so if the wound damage is reduced by armor then so is the healing.
I’m pretty sure it used to when armor was a -30% reduction, but DoTs aren’t affected by armor anymore so it shouldn’t reduce it now.
