Worst Ultimate abilities in OW

In your time playing Overwatch, what do you believe are some of the worst ultimate abilities in the game?

My personal two are High Noon and Sym’s Wall.

People are going to disagree but;
High noon - people just move into cover
Doom ult - again, just move or use lamp\suz
Bastian - i’m sorry but it’s pathetic. I know it’s a zoning ult but it’s useless.
Genji blade - please for the love of god increase it’s damage

Minefield is one of the worst

I agree on 1st three, but gengu’s ult is just harder to perform in 5v5 setting, generally as all the flanking and “going in” stuff, as there is not enough distractions from having 1 less tank. Still good with nano, though.
The Doom’s ultimate have been changed from oneshotting ability to not doing any damage - escape ability, and then into self-sustain escape ability. I think if they reduce ult points required to charge it, it is good self-sustain+escape for doom. Less annoying than oneshots, less useless than no-damage dealing escape (w/o healing).

The suicide ultimates such as Death Blossom are definitely the worst. Nobody in their right mind wants to die using their ultimate. :scream:

Isn’t that like the best ult? At least for a dps

Earthshatter. Maybe it’s good in metal ranks, idk, those people don’t even play the game properly. But you go into any Masters or GM lobby, shatter is a useless ult that gets countered with a dozen abilities right away. And getting huge shatters is not a thing in OW2. You basically have to use it to solo shatter someone, maybe sometimes two if you’re in a lucky position.

Deadeye is really bad, sure. Sym wall is arguably the best DPS ult even now.

Worst Tank ult is Terra Surge, worst DPS ult is Deadeye, worst Support ult is Valk or Captive Sun.

Riptire, Meteor Strike, Valkyrie and Symettras Wall.

Reaper was one of the first damage heroes I picked up when I started OW and I truly believe Jeff had to smile upon you to not die or be hit with CC when using blossom.
