Delete X hero.
At one point I read a Mercy rework that turned her into an even worse healer, but a pretty spectacular flanker. I asked the OP if that was the intent. Sadly did not get a response.
Any time that a Genji main is trying to say that Moira needs to be nerfed.

basically, during valk she had something something 200 dps. Imagine applying nanoboost to that. Plus the regenerating 30 hps. When nanoboosted she turned into a 400 hp with 60 hps monstrosity and 300 dps on a gun that shot so fast it was almost hitscan.
Also, it was when she had double flight speed and 4 insta-rezzes on valk. And it lasted 20 seconds.

Other gems:
- adding fortnight dances
- removing Mercy’s pistol
- killing characters in the lore then removing them from the game
- making Lucio’s wallride silent
- boycotting roles
- adding literal body gore to the game for the sake of scary skins
- making being friendly in FFA a reportable offense
- Reverting Overwatch to its release state
- Making it so Lucio can’t speed boost during the first few seconds of a match

Thats a tough question, but if I had to choose… Making brigitte’s shield bash have a 1 in 20 chance of instantly breaking and failing(not dealing damage or stunning) upon use

Basically any idea that calls for a hero to be completely deleted I find is worst idea on these forums.
