Current Roadhog. Old Roadhog was fine. They could’ve handled him much better. But what do i know? I thought balancing the game based purely on statistical performance meant something.
Sym is by the far the most broken hero in the game. 3 Turrets that do not an insignificant amount of damage, slow you and a beam that does infinity damage combined with a very small hitbox.
Widow. Her kit has fundamentally broken the game in countless ways and it comes down to her fundamental design, which Blizzard is too scared to fix for some reason.

Sigma ; he’s just a mix of other tanks. They had to remove Orisa shield to make him shine a little bit more…
Torbjorn : None of his abilities seems to blend with each other. He’s just pure scrapwork of a character.
Zenyatta : he’s more a dps rather than a support. He’s the best example imo, that devs never could decide what to do with Support role.
I gotta say DVA
because she has been reworked so many times over the years and she always ends up worse than the previous version.
They have never got her balanced, to me it feels like she has been a wasted potential hero.
I feel sorry for the long suffering DVA players
The game was not supposed to be a rigid FPS , but a fun experience .

I miss old Orisa…she was my shield tank of choice. I had even just gotten good with her weapon before they changed it to its current steroid version.
I love him so so much…but imma have to say lifeweaver. If he has a 45% winrate in low-ranks and — rapidly — drops below that in high ranks, then I think its fair to say that he’s objectively the worst designed hero in the game.
There are so many cool things about his kit, but the insane reloading times, the crappy low-damage output, the lack of burst heals, the lack of any significant self-peel, the inconsistent effectiveness of the pull and the petal platform…its all just a mess.
Am i still gonna pick him though? You betcha.
Full disclosure I’m a high plat rando baddie and I mostly play Zen so I’m giga biased
Widow seems included mostly because Blizz thought “it’s an FPS, there HAS to be sniper!” I just know once my mates say “Widow” I’m gonna be doing a lot of hugging walls as support and waiting for somebody to pick the Widow so I can start playing the game again. I wouldn’t mind so much if it didn’t feel like she has a 50% pickrate for enemy DPS. I’m getting tired of spending so many bloody games hiding behind walls.
Hanzo is really funny because Blizz surely saw the Huntsman from TF2, a weapon infamous among casual players for being frustrating garbage, and implemented it verbatim into their game too. It’s not often I die to this guy and feel like I deserved it. For Zen Hanzo is the same deal as Widow, you gotta basically stay out of his sightline and healbot. Again, I would be fine with that sort of game occasionally but at my rank he’s in what feels like every game and at this point I’m really tired of that sort of gameplay.
Kiriko has a bizarre weapon that alternates between doing nothing and randomly chunking health. As my rank there’s not enough skill to hit the headshots consistently for the majority of Kirikos, so it ends up feeling like you just randomly die to her cross-map from her getting lucky with spam. Suzu is a much-needed counter to nade but also makes her overly centralizing.
