I’d imagine it’d actually be in the lower ranks, most likely with Moira
Low ranks can tend to drag games into long amounts of OT which would allow for a very large amount of healing in a game

My best healing is pathetic, admittedly - 26,276. That said, I only really picked up Support once Role Queue started and KoTH was reduced to 2 points in Ranked. By that point I was already Platinum - I am not at all trying to justify my low numbers! 
The strangest thing, though, is that I can’t figure out who I got that as! I’ll check out the stats of each Support main and none of them have that amount of healing as the best; the closest is Mercy with 25-thousand-something…So I’m a little confused.
That comment gave me flashbacks to 5+ minute Overtimes in Bronze…
It would be a low level match where a bunch of tanks grouped together and took tons of poke damage from the enemy whilst an AoE healer (probably Moira) pumped tons of healing into them.
Edit: Actually, it’d probably be Bap because Moira would run out of energy.

I’ve seen a 60k once.
They made changes to the game to make them shorter, I would imagine that you had bigger healing scores in previous seasons.
I think the current ow2 campaign world record of 50m got 7k healing done

I did like 40,000+ on Moira on old Horizon, the game went 5 rounds tho and it was when I played on console.

I had like 33k as Moira one time but it was a comp match and I was uncontested the entire match and the enemy team was just not very good.

Mine is 111,108 for 1 game of total mayhem.
I got 74k on total mayhem and like 50k on normal mode

Insane necromancy going on here but this just made me realize how small my healing record is
most matches on roadhog i get at least 20k healing, its pretty impressive and my teammates love me

The highest I’ve generally gotten in OW1 was 25k or so, as Mercy.
In OW2 I had more than one match in a week where I broke 35-40k (3 rounds, no deaths, awesome fights.)
I think Moira’s can top that pretty regularly. At least if Total Mayhem is any indication. There I’ve manage 65k or so, but then saw a Moira pushing 90k. It was awesome fun.
Oh, just realized, necro post. Still it’s a fun conversation.
My record is 42,530 from Comp. Happened back when Control went to 5 rounds and Mercy had Mass Res (but without the invincibility frames). Went to 99 on both sides nearly every round, and I also got like 40 resses that game.
