Hello there, There is a mistake in my ranking. I went 5 and 3 and my ranking went from diamond 5 to plat five. Then I won five out of six in my ranking went from plat 5 to gold one. There what’s clearly some kind of bug or mistake. Now my game is stuck on the complete progress screen

same here i won 5 comp games and i was bronze 3 but now i am bronze 2 i hope they can explain it

Despite impressive stats, win rate, and game sense, I remain stuck at the same rank. Frustration sets in when playing with teammates lacking comms, positioning, and target focus. The new ranking system hasn’t helped. @Blizzard, kindly fix this issue.
