As I said in another thread, there really doesnā€™t seem to be any hard rationale. If the powers-that-be like you then you get it. If not, you remain in the gutter like the rest of us.

Iā€™ll move on over for you. One of the guys caught a rat tonight so weā€™re eating meat for once. Much better than the roach bits we normally choke down.

If you arenā€™t Level 3, then you canā€™t post links, images, or gifs. Iā€™m sure there are other things you get with it, but those are the most common of them.

Is it really that important to be at trust lvl 3? Most people will use the power to put numbers and videos to prove their point for a character being bugged or OP, and I find those thread already obnoxious to begin with.
