I’m pretty sure anyone can post forum links, btw. Also the 50 consecutive days things doesn’t make a lot of sense since there were a lot of people that were level 3 in the first few weeks of the forum.

Yes, posting links and images was possible for everyone at one point in the beginning but then restricted. The Discourse requirements are for the most part correct but slightly altered by blizz.
