It’s just feeling a little bit odd when Asian Character like Kiriko (Japanese), Wuyang (Chinese) or Lifeweaver (Thai) has their own language Ult line. Feel a bit bland that Juno has both lines in English.

Illari, Lucio, Domina all have English voice lines even though they’re not native English speakers. It’s just a creative choice from their team and doesn’t mean anything

they do have their own language ult line, Duh
I was wrong about domina but the point stands that they use English and original lang arbitrarily. Rein is another example and if you go down the list there’s more that I just can’t think of right now
It is a bit odd. Juno is full of contridictions such as she wants to know all of Earth’s languages but doesnt mentions she can speak Vietnamese and English.
