Cleanly would remove the action from server memory stack and frame tree in the end , while forcefully would just end the frame mid execution without releasing from stack to provide smooth server load.
I know the ptr has a forceful end
But I don’t see a way to cleanly end an action?
Abort forcefully ends an action mid frame, but not removes from stack in addition. Which would be the Clean way. Ah you mean the action call itself or parse, well anyway we need something to stop that as well and a cleanly way that removes anything from stack. Edit: With that realizing that this requires low level code access, i doubt blizzard would allow stack cleanse

That is not even funny… We are just looking through a little window at the life full events. We can handle a lot of other events that makes much more way to grow. Sure grows also the power cost of game mod on the server.

in the anniversary event, the event game modes were added for workshop, so that we may be able to do some scripting with it,
my question is, what will be the future for these events? what if we make a gamemode and then the event is over, can we no longer access it or will they remain?
Well, could you please ensure that when working with a long list of actions, buttons like copy, lower, delete do not disappear when scrolling down? It’s very inconvenient to constantly scroll up and down to move even one action.

Btw, how about add a function what let you use skins what you want in browser match? I mean sometimes player want to make a thematic match, like ‘blackwatch FFA’ or ‘Yetti hide and seek’ and things like it when you need to have a special skin for a special vibe…
I think you can make this thing by using ‘preload hero’ function as a the basis.
(I’m a programmer also, it’s why I so love the workshop)

It would also be useful to add a function: “show coordinate vectors” or “show coordinate grid”. This is very useful when you work with the placement of dummy on the map, or set their rotation. Often some people want to make own archival event, where players had to fight with omnia or claw. Therefore, it would be nice to add to the number of heroes whom you can call the * CREATE A DUMMY BOT * function all types of Claw troopers (infantryman, assassin, heavy infantryman, etc.) and all types of omnics (lancet, OR, detonators and etc.). You can call them not through the * CREATE A DUMMY BOT * command I mentioned earlier, but through a similar one, for example, to make the * CREATE A NPC * command, since the function creates not heroes to play, but Non-Player Characters. - Echo beam from which you can escape only by going in outer space
- Buttons of working with actions that disappears when you’re scrolling down a long list of actions (in workshop)?

we got more workshop stuff!
Hero Configuration: returnes a number for the current configuration of the hero, defaults to 0, 1 for hammonds ball mode or bastions turret mode and 2 for bastions tank just in case. This should aslo return a hero name in the case of Echo when she copies another hero.
Im pretty sure thats what the new “is in alternate form” value does (PTR).
Thats a thing?
Edit: I JUST CHECKED, IT’S A THING I’M EXCITED FOR THE PTR TO GO LIVE ONCE AGAIN.
It is an useless update regarding new actions, much more enjoying how many fixes it brings. Possible I would use 2 of new actions:
- Start Forcing Player Position
- Stop Forcing Player Position
We need more form and objects (even not solid) to use. Like square and others…
