Go to the launcher ,choose the PTR and click āāpatch notesāā ,Iām pretty sure the ones on the site arenāt messed up but the ones in the launcher are

The fix was announced like a month or 2 ago.
PTR notes are usually on the PTR section or announcements section, or you can just go to Battle net app and read it there.
But its not messed like in the app itself.
