Maybe I’m going crazy but since the Patch hit I have found that the enemy Widows global call out is not being played every time. I have heard it sometimes but other times there has been no audio queue what-so-ever, despite being only a few meters from me.
Do you have other audio issues?
It may be the new spatial sound, which has given issues to many.

Sometimes when other sounds happen to play (like lots of explosions or other ults), it also tends to omit an ult quote (can’t count the amount of times that I got stunned by Reinhardt without even hearing the word ‘hammer’).
