Its not good game mechanics if you dont necessairly need to aim at their head, but rather sling the mouse across the pad and get a sniper shot that covers the area of 4-6 individual bullets shot straight

Are you talking about autoaim facepainting?

Because the autoaim doesn’t exist on PC, and I’m pretty sure Halo-styled facepainting doesn’t exist in Overwatch.
