What’s funny is I feel like I’ve experienced this exact thing before.
I see someone doing something on a hero. Like a couple weeks later and everyone who plays that hero is doing it.
Except me because I don’t know how to play that hero 
At some point, people have seen almost everything you’re going to throw at them (shy of the pro/semi-pro players).
Experience can walk you through a lot of team fights which is one of the reasons smurfing is easy. They’ve seen it before.
