Well, I’d rather not let people abuse it. It was hard enough work to hit top 500 the one and only time I was ever able to and it’d be incredibly disheartening to feel like it’d never happen again since those spots would almost definitely be reserved for people who chose to abuse that system.
There’s really not a problem. The average player’s SR isn’t affected by leavers in the long term and there are no abusable SR exploits in lower population ranks for those who’d choose to use them. Everybody wins right now except for the leavers, who take the biggest SR hits. All’s well that ends well.
