yea people think that higher healing is always better, whichā¦ it kinda is?
but theres diminishing returns. healing can only be applied after a teammate has received damage. but heroes only have limited HP so if you just give a healer more and more HPS that wont make them infinitely more useful. it will just force the enemies to run snipers and other oneshots. and then they will simply kill you through all the healing.
her healing is more than enough. and her easy to apply, AOE damage is what sets her apart from other healers. i always thought moira was a kind of sidegrade to mercy.
instead of a damage boost, she simply applies the damage herself.
instead of single target, pocket healing, she has groupy healing.
and instead of flying to teammates she has her dash.
even their ultimates are now kind of like 2 sides of 1 coin.
the only difference is that mercy has rez, which gives her more dimension and forces enemies to play smarter. moira doesnt have anything like that. it doesnt even need to be as powerful as rez, just something to give her kit more depth.

Roadhog isnāt even good. Heās half a character when his hook is down and he gets bodied by cc and is an ult battery for a lot of heroes. He needs serious buffs
The pros and streamers donāt like her. And the Overwatch management only communicate in that private little Discord server of theirs with these people.
So she stays in the dumpster.

Moira is fine, she would be the one being meta right now except rn itās Bap, replacing her job, because right now there is no other support that does what Moira does for the team, well until they powercreeped Baptiste. He does better damage, healing, and survivability than any other support.
I like this since other supports canāt really pierce with heals, it would make her more unique and pair well with how her ult works. I still think her beam animations need an overhaul.
In regards to her healing recharge, sure itās a neat mechanic but itās way more clunkier and conditional then a straight up reload.
I really donāt get hogs design. The hook still seems overpowered to me, like you can poke your head out, get snagged, and immediately killed by a tank. There are some other inescapable ways to die of course but something about hogs feels the worst in my opinion.
Kind of wish they reworked him to be more of a helper tank. Personally Iād like to see something like hook not pulling people to him, but rather just sort of tugging them in his direction for a second, and reducing the cooldown. He could use it more often to help his teammates get out of trouble but it wouldnāt mean instant death for whoever got snagged.
Then Iād make it so that when he takes a breather, his body acted like meiās ice block so he could body block things like dva bomb, high noon, etc.
Iād probably also fiddle with scrap gun. Decreased the damage, increase the magazine count again. Make him more chip than anything else.

Junkrat just annoys roadhog in lore, so it would be beneficial to roadhog. 
I didnāt, which is my fault, but at the same time some people on this forums has some very questionable ideas so I can never tell.

Thatās kind of the point, Moira should be your last choice among Supports, where all else fails and staying alive is of the highest import.
Donāt roll out of the spawn room with Moira, use her only if you have to. Supports have so many more interesting choices than being a hero who just looks at general directions of everything.
