I don’t really understand why blizzard is so hesitant to add the Meka squad. They could just make a narrative about about the meka squad upgrades after Dva left. They could turn them to exo/nano tech suits. I think one of the male members could be a melee dual-wielding character. Honestly we are lacking young good looking make heroes. Genji and lifeweaver needs a competition. I know that the reason they don’t want to add them was the mech. They could just creatively reinvent them to a new storyline. An animated shorts could save these characters plus they are a good fan favorites.

Personally, the meka designs look insanely cheesy except for Dvas. For world wide representation, I’d rather not go down the route of lets add more Koreans, Americans, Japanese, etc. Give me another Haitian. Let me see more of the world and stuff.

Probably because it’s just boring to have a bunch of mech heroes. There’s plenty of much more interesting things they can do.
Ive been wanting another MEKA hero for awhile. But as already mentioned, Blizz does not want to repeat a hero. Its pretty obvious right now that every hero is unique onto themselves. Take the 3 heroes from Junkertown. Similar visual and weapons themes but still very different kits. The Devs like individual variety. 
We need Overlord NOW.

I need D.mon in the game now.
I personally believe they’re working on them since Alec had brought it up before about the questions for making them. Something like Dmon would be very hard to make to be sure. I need them to do their best through please.

I want all of meka with D.mon and Overlord being top of the list. I want more mech heroes in the game. Hopefully they add Brit as well.

I don’t mind more mech heroes though. Not necessarily mecha squad though

I can see the other squad members added as part of a Dva mythic skin.
It’s not a rumor and it’s only to do with her ejection mechanic specifically. They’ve said they’re more than likely never going to do another character with that ability again.

But to be fair most heroes already kinda have a partner hero or multiples. That there’s no other South Korean hero is a bit surprising tbh. And if you make another one it only makes sense that they’re related to dva like queen was with hog and junkrat, or kiriko with genji hanzo, or ram with zen, or lifeweaver with symettra, or mauga with baptiste
The limiting factor is idk if they really want another meka tank, but idk how you do a mech in a role that’s not tank…

If they add anyone, it ought to be D.Mon. She seems to be the most developed out of the MEKA squad, and has a personal backstory with D.Va, and it’d be easy to give her a contrasting personality (still competitive, but more serious and “butch”). She also seems to have a kit already suggested, with an energy sword and shield on her own mech, which would set her apart from D.Va. I could see her playing more like a Rein/Hazard hybrid, being able to reposition quickly by jumping, and cycling between a forward-facing shield and a melee attack of some kind.

Iirc it’s because Dva was actually very hard to make as a character since she is essentially two separate characters combined into one. Which I’m assuming is a very complex and difficult thing to do from a mechanics standpoint and is the reason we haven’t gotten any more mekka heroes. Not to say that they couldn’t just keep the pilots in their mech to make things easier.
I wouldn’t mind if other MEKA heroes would just have their mechs explode a la Hampter

Only Overlord because the concept sounds very unique.
Don’t need ANOTHER Doomfist-like with D.mon plus need the timid male representation.
