It’s not a game breaking advantage. Wall ride kind of was.
Lucio can leap from wall to wall. Genji can’t.
Lucio can change direction any time. Genji can’t. (he can choose to drop any time but will have to hit the ground to climb again).
Most importantly. Map is horizontal.
Wall climb could be a broken advantage if map was specifically designed for it, but there are no such CTF maps.

I believe hanzo can climb, but if he lunges accidentally (which happens sometimes) he drops it.
