Why My rank in season 4 decay to Master 4. The last rank of my was Grandmaster 5 in season 3. I don’t complete any 5 match in season 4.
Your rank did not decay it changed to what your mmr was at the end of S3(probably).
I have the exact same problem. I played the whole S3 in GM, was GM3 the day the season ended, got placed in M3 starting S4 and after the 5 wins in Ranked I got back to GM2… so where is my title and rewards if i do belong in GM…
The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36.
