Why Mercy was considered the only anti-fun Hero?

Mercy's Situation is NOT fair!

“Frustating to play against” is what described Mercy’s 1.0’s Resurrect Ultimate. But, her new ultimate, Valkyrie, is basically a cheap spectator mode. What kind of ultimate is that. Ultimates are supposed to be game changing, being able to change the tide if used correctly. Tell me, does her ultimate do that? No. Not at all. Why is it Mercy the only hero that was changed dramatically for being “Unfun and frustating to play against?” Tactical Visor may not be one of the most powerful ultimate…

I really do think they don’t even care anymore and they just left a 5yo in charge of the developing.
