No shields, No res, only Uber.
Also no radical movements apart from Rocket Jumps and Scout. And Sniper can one tap 6/9 mercs without having to precharge his shots.
So yeah, TF2 is easier to snipe than in OW. The only difficult thing that they share is finding an actual good place to snipe from. Cause you can shoot from that one point long enough until they send a Scout to your face
