Why isn't Samito talking about the 6v6 mode?

Extremely bad timing for them

Not to mention all the shills talking crap out of 6v6 enjoyers, including even the MCs in their stream

Proud “flat-earther” here, by the way

The downside being that you have to play Overwatch 2

Why would he care? 6v6 is better in Mahvel. I do not care about these stupid tests either.

Maybe he FINALLY realised he’s completely irrelevant

It’s quite simple:

It came too late.

Many have been saying for years, that if there was a game that scratched the same itch OW did, they would play that game instead.

However, if OW officially released a permanent playlist (QP, Competitive), I think he would be much more enthusiastic about it.

Perhaps he started because he wanted overwatch to succeed, but they did nothing except say nostalgia is a hell of a drug, or rose tinted glasses.

Now, that bliz waited until it’s basically too late, someone else has came along and done it better.

Why dump your current partner just go back to your ex?

After you spent years trying to get them to change for the better, and it wasn’t until you started seeing someone else that your ex decided to try and change.

Sam has moved on, at least for now. I can’t blame him, he enjoys playing MR and it’s beneficial to his streaming career.

Wait wait wait, did that trash can of Samito actually left Overwatch?

Is he on Rivals? Minecraft or whatever?

… please make it a one way ticket, PLEASE! Please Marvel Rivals, please be successful and never stop growing! xD

Checked the stats of his last few videos. Wow, his Rivals videos aren’t doing well lol.

Then, suddenly, he puts “Overwatch” in the title and the algorithm does its thing.

This is why he keeps coming back to this game- it pays his rent lol.

Too little too late on Blizzard’s end I suppose. They literally couldn’t have picked worse timing to release the test if they’d tried.

though they never should’ve switched formats to begin with

…you do realize its possible to both like and play both games, right?

Simple answer. Too late.

Because Blizzard is too late to put it simply. The move to 5v5 was always beyond 1000000000000000000000000000% unnecessary(just like RQ for that matter) and a competitor is out. That’s that. They’re simply too late, people have moved on and likely for good.

Because the timing from Blizzard couldn’t be more bad.

Blizzard wanted to save something low effort yet heavily requested(6v6) to try and slow the momentum of Marvel Rivals launch. They got free coverage from Samito and other OW content creators from doing simple variable changes for so long they thought they’d cover 6v6 trial regardless if the other game already has 6v6 and executed it well (Never tried OW6v6 but from what i hear they can’t even balance it right.)

Rather than bother with a game still struggling with its identity with its numerous format changes, hero reworks, rework reversals, nostalgia bait; they’d rather focus on a game that knows what it’s doing and can focus on the fun things like the 4 new heroes next season.

Because being happy about something doesn’t get clicks and views from people hate-watching him.

I too find it weird, especially because he was right. The game feels so, so much better in 6v6 format compared to 5v5.

Probably because he views it as 6v6 with better gameplay.

I’m very specifically referring to Samito’s content. He has very publicly ‘quit’ Overwatch like 5 times and returned to the game each time because Overwatch content (and whoever he has managed to con into buying virtual currency for his nonexistent Minecraft server) pays his rent.

he quit ow when rivals came out. dont blame him , these devs are clueless.

our current 6v6 test is plagued with role passives, inflated s9 health pools that change all breakpoints, and they didnt even revert the plethora of nerfs the majority of the roster got when moving to 5v5.

the current 6v6 is nothing like it was in ow1. which was their intention. and so its lackluster, due to the devs awful ego’s alone.
