Why is Venture getting nerfed and Hanzo/sigma buffed?

It also makes no sense to nerf their survivability in the same patch two characters who are already good at bursting venture from range and up close with nade/fan/storm arrows.

There’s multiple characters who should have been nerfed before Venture and Venture definitely shouldn’t have been nerfed along with a Cass and Hanzo buff.

Ehhh, Venture reaches capped shield health way too easily coming out of a burrow, so just losing 15 shields isn’t really going to hurt anything especially since it doesn’t hit a break point.
