This has got to be a trolling topic right? Nobody could possibly think hog is strong now. Probably the worst hero in the game to get value from in any consistent way. Even 1-trick t500 hog players have abandoned him.

We talking about physical strength in lore? I’m sure he’s one of the strongest. Not sure how he compares to Rein, Zarya and Doom. And in a straight up street brawl Queen would tear him apart with her speed and the power of her attacks.
Zarya can heft a particle cannon with her bare unaugmented limbs.
Widowmaker can absorb the recoil of a high calibre sniper rifle without flinching and while standing.
Tracer can survive at least one rocket hammer swing to the face and keep going.
Every Hero in the game can withstand being slammed into the floor with the force of gravity and still walk away without broken legs.
Mei can continue to cruelly subject targets to death by frostbite or icicle-injection frontal lobotomies and still run around smiling without feeling the weight of those lives lost on her shoulders.
He’s not, and his ult isn’t that strong, a mercy can heal through the entire ult past ~20meters.
