Why doesn’t Reinhardt have knockback reduction while he holds his shield?

D.Va and Orisa do while firing because they are slowed down. It would only make sense for Reinhardt too because he is also slowed down.

Uhm interesting, I’d think he should indeed have knockback reduction since it seems to be tied directly with movement speed and he’s slower while holding his shield up… right?

This has been maddening since forever, especially on Illios:Well. Can’t tell how much I’ve been booped down the well. Why is Reinhardt an exception? The balancing in this game is horrid and makes zero sense.

You would think so, but atm it isn’t the case.

they’re fixing this, it’s a bug, not intentional, should be going in april 10th with the archives event, but they said in patch notes, that d.va and orisa having reduced knockback while firing is a bug. (but theoretically rein shouldn’t be knocked back as far as he does, considering the speed reduction while holding up his shield)

This, its a bug, will be fixed, its an unintentional benefit of theirs.

This is a bug. They aren’t meant to have reduced knockbacks.
