It’s not the honesty that’s unhealthy. It’s the hatred.
In my case it’s closer to what psychos feel - cold dislike.
Why you need a second support then?
As backup, in case I die or anything else happens, that makes me unable to perform my role.

Usually it’s best player carrying team, and I buff them, so they can carry that burden to victory. Unfortunately, I often had to bring my friend for it.
This is a team game. You’re not supposed to blindfuly focus on one teammate, but instead try to help the team as a whole.
Well you did say the hatred is “rational.”
Whatever it is, it’s an unhealthy behavior for a video game.
Funny enough, focusing on best teammate increased my chances of victory.
Which is why I can’t wait for Blizzard to make one step further and return 4/1/1. Since that gives me wider choice of players to help, that can have carry potential.
Let Brig see some buffs and all of a sudden the blind hate will start again. Poor choice of words. I’d bet you a $200 it’s going to be DPs mains crying a friggin River too.

DPS always get a lot of hate over here, the tanks and supports that are clearly a majority on this forum and they almost always blame dps for every little thing, even if Blizzard nerfs a few dps they’ll just go “yeah, but they didn’t touch Widow/Hanzo/Flavor of the Month”
I’m not even dps myself (I’d like to, but I don’t want to sit 15 mins in queue) and I’m getting so tired of seeing it on here.
Again - team game. You have to work together, not alone or in pairs.
You pocket one - others lose. Others lose - team loses as a whole.
I never understood, why people hate Brigitte, though. Is it really that hard to keep your distance from, basically, melee hero? That doesn’t even have fast speed to chase you.
Depends on a buff, really. I bet many wouldn’t mind her shield to have 50-100 more HP.

…well…I mean some of us do. It’s kind of how you win.
You supposed to play unfair. That’s how you win. And supports are known for being very “unfair” players - we even make others fight our fights for us.
Coming from TF2, I heard so many cries for “unfair” gameplay, that you could make musical DVD from it.

You should see when a Streamer/Youtuber says something too…come out like Roaches lol
Because she has the title “support” and can 1v1 Damage heroes if they get in range. A fight in which majority of DPS mains feel they should always win because of the title " Damage".
