This annoys me so much.
I’m pushing with my shield up and none of my teammates follow me. Or worse, they don’t stand behind my shield when I’m pushing.
This is one of the reasons why I like Orisa. At least I can shoot back, even if I’m alone because none of my teammates followed me.
