I’m sick of losing SR because someone decided to rage quit

It doesn’t happen that often, so it shouldn’t ruin that many games. And the leaver will get punished so that they think twice before doing it next time.
We lose SR when someone leaves because alt and smurf accounts exists. The system is too exploitable as it is, so the punishment needs to stay.
Honestly, I don’t think an SR loss is an appropriate punishment for a leaver. If the system legitimately places players where they belong, SR punishment is purely superficial. The game needs a game play time punishment, not a real-time suspension.
Hypothetically, if a player is suspended for 2-hours, they must play two hours of QP or arcade (not custom matches) before they can queue up for comp again.
