My last job (which I can talk about) was dealing with medical negligence cases… some truly grizzly stuff. You’d be shocked what I got photos of on the daily.

Exactly, tbh I’m putting them on the perma-block list soon, we’re going around in circles. It’s clear they’re just still really angry and looking to take it out on someone, anyone.
Sometimes you just have to let people vent. Especially younger people, I know some take the mick out of them for ‘not having anything to worry about’ but we were kids once too.
Sad thing is there are some grown folks in gaming that throw tantrums more than children. It’s pathetic.
Don’t blame yourself, I’m not good at picking up on those things. I understand the cuteness now. 
I have no problem with people venting. It’s healthy.
But venting is not insulting others, like they try to do here and clearly fail.

Very much true, it’s like when a little kid turns around to you and says ‘I don’t love you any more!’ because it’s the most hurtful thing that can think of to say. It’s not that they mean it, they’re just overwhelmed and can’t think of a better way to manage their emotions.
Now this I have also seen, it is pretty sad they never learned to behave themselves.

I get what you mean but support is nowhere near being the worst role. It’s just bad players in your team.
skill issue. you now have learned a valuable lesson: your team is always full of bots. you play your best and don’t stoop to their level. if they start talking, just politely ask them simple questions and sooner or later they’ll start flaming you. at which point you can report them. <3
but mostly skill issue. losing is not fun for anyone and playing ranked is a rat race. by definition you will lose a lot of games if the matchmaker is doing its job. but devs do not “hate” support. quite the contrary, actually. they have some of the most busted abilities that can rival ultimates.
We’ve been trying to point this out to them, but they’re more interested in our post counts and trolling than actually discussing the issues they’re facing in game.
