I am sorry its hard to accept, but statistically he is doing more than fine (even confirmed by the devs). This case is a skill issue.
Lol as iff they do good at all ranks if you play smart they are not top 5 but torb is middle of the pack and sym is slightly below
Hes still get his job done and can stil lget value with base effort unlike genji
Pharah is also middle of the pack if genji is middle of the pack shes 4th worse ult need help only hanzo has a worse ult in dps
Hes still does insane damage you just list a coustion of 40 damage to 20 so it made is skill ceiling higher so you didnt get free 2 taps
i call him 3rd worst afger mei and sombra and guess what the aggrigated teir list agrees.

torb sym are highest winrate heroes in the game
bastion mei phara junk is even higher than decent and if you buff them more they will destroy everyone nervous system in first 2 weeks like hamster doing right now
