Imo “Vendetta” feels appropriate, given how many other heroes have very on the nose names that tie into their stories/abilities/personalities/etc. in some way.
Sombra is “Shadow” in Spanish which is ok. Lupa is literally “magnifying glass”.
Nickname only sounds good in Italian, where it means wolf. Vendetta would be more universal imho.

yea just wanted to say something goofy, i dont know if ill be attracted to the hero. depends on the ingame model
only hero in this game that got me all fuzzy was widowmaker. dont know how they did it with her but to me she was one of the hottest females in video game history. up there with chun li, lara croft and cammy

Well, Idk about italian, but at least in spanish “la Lupa” sounds very similar to “la *uta” so Im relieved they picked Vendetta. Aso, “la” means “the (female)” so even using Lupa, it wouldnt be “la Lupa”, just Lupa.

The word “Vendetta” in my mind is permanently entangled with that one song in Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland, so I guess that’s going to be her theme song for me.
For me, its that movie “V for Vendetta”. Very odd movie. Also, to a lesser extent, Bayonetta.

I’m just going to call her La Lupa. Like that’s what everyone is going to do right. Let’s be honest. If you want someone to focus her, your going to go Lupa Lupa Lupa!!! not “Vendetta, ven…” because you won’t even get the words out before it’s too late. Same reason people use Monkey instead of Winston.
I thought it was because she had a vendetta regarding her father being killed. But that’s me.

La lupa in Italian is pretty cringe, and anyway it’s more something connected to the city of Rome, or the memes when you think about Romans. Vendetta it’s just a word and also is meh. Using a name was too mainstream
