Why are you buying Ow2?

That bastion hat I must have it.

Not buying it until I see extensive gameplay footage.

I love the characters and have always wanted more ways to play them outside of PvP. Workshop can only do so much.

Was going to purchase it for the pve story. Not sure if i will get it at launch any more. After seeing the dumpster fire that was Warcraft 3 reforged i am now a bit more pessimistic about OW2

Zen lore.

PvE and story. And to learn about Doom. Everybody know punchboy punches, but did we ever stop to ask why punchboy punches?

PVE and Story mode. I more of a lore OW guy.

DIfferent people have different views. Blizzard has given me all the reasons to buy it.

PvE and Story. Plus the cutscenes look good (Even tho you’ll still have access to new heroes and new maps without buying OW2).

Tho I have no idea why they went silent about it. Like c’mon. At least give some news about the progression of how much of the game’s development is finished or at most release the beta/ptr (Which I doubt)

PvE/Story like probably most of the people who are interested in buying OW2. Before I started playing OW, I had always wished there was a story focus and PvE aspect to it because until a couple years ago I never really played PvP type games.

If done right, PvE could actually be pretty dope. And their cinematic shorts have actually been pretty good for the most part, so they could actually bring a decent story to the game.

Storm rising for exampel as a game mode was pretty lame, but the cut scenes had potential. Now if they actually made the gameplay enjoyable and less repetitive and add leveling and customization and all that jazz, then yeah, i can see myself actually investing a decent amount of time in that.

Same developer that ruins OW? I’m not.

I won’t be buying at launch. My full expectation is that Blizzard is going to drop the ball, again.
If OW2 comes out and I watch some gameplay and, miraculously, the new heroess, maps and balance changes finally fix the problems that Blizzard has failed to fix for the past four years, then I’ll buy it but… let’s just say I haven’t bothered to set money aside.

PVE sounds kind of interesting, but I can get my PVE fix from much better sources. I can only get my ā€œnot giving Blizzard any more money for their train wreck of an FPSā€ fix by not giving Blizzard any more money for their train wreck of an FPS.

cuz i love the art and the gameplay of overwatch ?

it’s have really unique graphic

Because I’ve been playing OW since May 23, 2016 (Day 1) and I have over 1,200 hours on the game. That’s a pretty damn good value, despite it causing my Steam backlog to continuously pile up. I’m 32 and most games just don’t hold my attention anymore as I’m focused on other aspects of my life.

But when I want to play games, I generally want to chill and listen to music while I play so OW is perfect for that. I don’t have to focus on listening to cutscenes and whatnot generally. Without OW I wouldn’t be gaming that much at all right now tbh despite just buying Death Stranding, Detroit Become Human, SpongeBob, Outer Wilds… I just get bored.
