Lol people really do this?
Well considering people will come into a discussion like this just to diss people who do that by saying “Lol people really do this?”, then clearly people really do a lot of things. Why comment if you don’t have anything valuable to add to this, and just want to mess with people who choose to do this acting as if it’s pathetic or dumb. 
Saddly yeah…you disagree with someone and than that person go through your profile and start to coment everything you posted previously with negative stuff…
But that´s not even that bad as some othe guy, who had such stalker flaging all his stuff with his army of alts

Um??? I’ve never heard of anyone doing that before and certainly haven’t had it happen to me and am just asking Quelithe a question because I’m surprised anyone would harrass them.
So, like, idk. Maybe chill??
I don’t like Hidden nor Private Profiles.
Such only makes it difficult understanding the other side of the debate.
Like how do I even know which Platform you play on let alone which Heroes you play or how many hours you have invested into them………
That’s pretty crazy. And you can’t report them or something? Sounds like harassment.

It happend to me twice - like with two different people, after that, I hid my profile and I am fine. I flagged some post that were really rude, but obviously, as long as you are the only one flagging it and it´s offensive only towards you, they don´t get suspended I guess…

Mine’s hidden. Idk why. I don’t know how to change it either. I don’t really care tho.
There’s just way too many Accounts that are invisible nowadays to even consider asking others such questions. I mean even online in game it’s the same scenario.

You must have said something really bad… I’ve used WoW forums (arguably more toxic) for over a year and never had this happen even though I used to say really controversial things.
I keep nearly all of my game profiles and service profiles private because of how many times I’ve nearly been hacked, or were hacked in the past. And how many crappy people I’ve met.
I had my Main Account stolen. Idk if hacked but someone definitely gained access to my PC account when I could not even play on PC and had 0 hours on PC. Prior to that Blizzard banned my Account from OF cuz I have a potty mouth.
Then next thing I know. I can finally play on PC but someone took my Account and was a Widow GOD w/ it.
Blizzard returned my Account back to me so no big deal tbh.
I also am really insecure so that may be a reason. But I see no point to showing random strangers what I play, how many hours I have on it, or whatever.
Profiles in game are private in default - many people don´t even know about that. However I hid my profile also there, cause I was tired of people pressuring me to play support, just because I have most hours there. When I go dps, I go dps and I am not gonna let someone to bully me for that. (btw I am flex player, but I hate, when people stright up start to be rude and attack, instead of asking me to switch like a normal person).
What an assumption…It´s weird, how many people have troubles to belive, that some people are just stright up toxic without a reason. I mean… you never expirienced that your self - good for you! But don´t blame me, please…
Stalking and harassing is a thing even on these forums.
Blizzard doesn’t care about it in the work environment so they clearly don’t care about it on these forums either. Sorry had to go there but the truth hurts. The only way to reduce it is to hide your profile or just not talk on the forums at all.

I’ve met a lot of toxic people, but even when I said some downright regrettable stuff they did not want to follow me into other places. Especially since you’re being so defensive about it… it’s pretty suspicious.
My PSN and PC account were linked together. They had access to my PC account and I never even knew cuz I was still on PS4. Once I was finally able to play on PC I was very ANGRY and upset about such.

That doesn´t mean this things are not happening. 
I´ve been there before: “but I am a girl and I don´t expirience toxicity and harrasment in vc, you must be toxic to get that behaveor” - yeah, right…
