Why are overwatch 2 reworks so bad?

almost half of them have been so bad that the developers have had to undo the changes and return the characters to how they were before the rework.

I don’t think they’ve reverted a single rework. Moira is the only rework

Also, even if we count things like ram pierce as a rework which is dubious, I fail to see how that’s a bad thing

Overwatch 1 devs were STUBBORN and refused to change heroes no matter because they thought they were right and the community was dumb. Like I don’t see how getting more rapid hero changes (some of which failed) is worse than a rework for a hero that needed one years ago but they just said “nah, too bad lmao”
