Why’d it have to be be 4chan

4chan is something that’s awkward to admit you go to even being college aged. I can’t imagine normal adult using that site

Someone leaked out the 2017’s content roadmap on 4Chan and it was completely correct. (LNY event, Orisa, Doomfist, Mei cinematic, etc.)

They post there because no leaker wants to affiliate themselves to one website only.

Not JUST that. It also has nàzis who haven’t been punched in the face enough to shut up yet.

You know, fair point. 4chan is just a cesspool that I do not wish to wade into, ever.

The leaks would certainly be an improvement on the current monetization system. But the current system is so bad that it wouldn’t take much to improve it.

But it is a 4chan leak, so it’s chance of just being wishful thinking is extremely high.

The world would genuinely be a better place if 4chan and any imitations got shut down.

technically it being on 4chan makes it slightly more realistic

unless someone leaks video/images of a change like this or they are someone you know would have access (which is a breach of nda) then a post made publicly is pretty much always fake

obviously this is probably fake, but because it was posted anonymously on a website where ppl have leaked things before (and faked leaks before) its atleast somewhat possible

if this had leaked on reddit, it would have 0% chance of being real. (which btw the reddit post for it was deleted lol)

Rules 1 and 2.

I believe free heroes because the devs say that they were going to do that.

Also from a common sense perspective players were going to catch on to why am I paying for a pass at the same price that doesn’t have a hero in it?

The pricing is inevitable at some point because it was laughably overpriced at launch.

Casuals ain’t gonna stick around for such stingy pricing.

It’s always hard to trust 4chan leaks, but there’s always a chance they’re legitimate. Overwatch has seen a fair share of real 4chan leaks. I do wonder if this has a connection to the creator summit that just happened . Time will tell, but I’m praying it’s legitimate. But gotta take it with a grain of salt unfortunately.

Also, it would line up with Microsoft’s statement back in October about wanting to change the monetization, and make it more about passion as opposed to financial gain.

until the feds knock at your door

why does the platform matter? if it was reddit it would be deleted intently because the mods suck on that board

Why’d it have to be be 4chan

Which adult on the internet hasn’t asked themselves this with dour concern?

Oh, my sweet, summer child.

4chan is the quite literal sewer of internet discourse, and has been seen as that forever.

Which they wear as a badge of honor.

Really hitting the bottom of the barrel in terms of Overwatch content are we… let’s head to 4chan and see what they’re saying about Overwatch

its info what would it all the sudden be better if someone posted it on reddit no it wouldn’t

and i used to hang around 4chan a lot back in the day looking for rare lego parts i know its a sewer but you can find rings in the sewers

It would be viewed differently.

If I were a filth-ridden troll living under a bridge and I hobbled up to you with some investment advice you’d take it differently than if I looked like a clean investment banker in my prime.

I don’t like Reddit either, but there is an optics issue (to many of us) with saying the leak came from 4chan.

I like Sonic as much as the next guy but all I’ll say is I’m really happy you found some nice emeralds at the dump!

so if a troll put it in the news it would be good

All leaks are untrustworthy, I am not sure why 4chan changes anything in this regard.

You got it!
