Whu Is SMS Protect Still Happening To Me?

I started playing OW1 back in 2018 and since I have a Pre-Paid phone I couldn’t play OW2 but yesterday they reverted it for most existing players, so why is it still asking for a post-paid phone to play ?

There were no specifics in their update, but it didn’t say fixed for everyone. Any news on this will be in #announcements
