A good Tracer will still absolutely dominate games. Can still run circles around the other dps and supports easily. I would say shes by far the the most underrated hero. If anything is to become meta again I would bet on double sniper or Tracer and Genji returning even in their current state.
Weakest hero, probably one of Dva, Solider, Mccree and Ashe. Certainly for above diamond.
Then why can’t those “good tracers” up in GM pull a positive win rate?

Tracer has upto 300 HP with the smallest DPS hitbox
That 300 HP is one hanzo Ashe bodyshot + some stray damage.
Well when you’re that high you have to play as a team and have a well working comp to survive. And Dva was hard nerfed, Winston is considered very weak, Speedboost and discord were nerfed. All the heros Tracer works well with are not working so well.
If you think about it, Tracer keeping a winrate even if its just below 50% is still impressive.
Looking at individual hero win rates is a horrible way to balance the game. So I still stand by my point of, Tracer is still a very strong hero and with some buffs to other hero’s we might see her dominating the meta like she used to.
Certainly has a way better shot than someone like Solider, Mccree, Ashe, Junkrat, Bastion as so on.
A hero shouldn’t have to depend so heavily on other heroes just to be viable, that’s terrible balance. And it’s not just her winrate that is bad, her pickrate is atrociously low as well. She’s in a bad spot, it’s really not debatable. Btw, the wr is only “just below 50%” at the highest skill tier. She’s even worse for masters and diamond players, and utter trash below that.
I hate the argument “Oh X hero is viable because people who are good at X hero do well with them”. That can literally be said about any hero. It doesn’t mean that hero is in a particularly good spot for the majority of the player base.
I think we could easily put Brig in there who is just absolutely not worth picking. There is no instance where Brig can be played and be more usefull than even Zen who is really bad in this meta.
As for Tanks I’d say D.Va because very bad against tanks and she’s better at killing targets in 1v1 situations which she cannot have in this meta. Or in Dive comps but Dive in meh. The thing that makes D.Va worse than Winston for me in that meta is that she doesn’t have a shield but rather the DM and since Sigma is pretty much in every comp, he can just stun her with his rock and she’s defensless, her matrix can’t bock it, while Winston’s bubble can. But Winston is not much better tbh.
Finally for DPS I’d say Sombra because the hacks are just really hard to use with all of those shields and even though her ult is the best counter to the current meta, it’s nearly impossible to charge. I don’t think Soldier is worse than her mostly because at least he can do some shield damage but he’s really not that good either.

You’ve just described Tracer. Playing Brig requires zero effort.

Tracer should die to everything, that’s the design of the character.
She has 150 health because she can self heal and literally blink in and out of combat. The “bad” Tracers die quick, the good ones are nightmarish, requiring you to of course aim 3x better and predict while she just kills you by close range spam shots repeatedly. The “good ones” seem to know when to add in extra turns and jumps to throw off the predictability, the ones who get killed fast don’t, they just hit blink assuming no one can know where they are going…
I like to just look at the win%. I’m a casual bronze/silver player and I have never won a game with Zenyatta in my team or lost versus a Zenyatta in the other team. Sombra is close but I’ve won a game with a Sombra in my team, which is pretty amazing tbh. I didn’t track the Tracer winrate, but I’ve barely seen a Tracer since 2-2-2.

Sombra and D.Va. I can’t believe they’re doing nothing to fix them, this far into 2-2-2.
Sombra and Winston are the only two right that I can flat out say need buffs, though I’d be open to testing Brig getting a 250hp shield as well. Most of the rest are just victims of x2 barrier meta.
That’s an unrealistic, unaware, and somewhat insulting question considering you’re Doom main.
Also ironic, considering you are averaging 9.95 deaths per 10min as Doom in Comp this season, with more mobility, more escapes, more burst, more CC, the ability to ignore every shield, and routinely double Tracer’s health.
