Yeah, Mercy. You just stand and beam, or maybe run and beam. It’s the least engaging character design imaginable.
I like 2.0 better than 1.0 but either is bad.
Easily Brigitte. I think she is fun to play, but god I really hate playing her because she is boring at the same time. I feel like I am not improving at all while playing her. Let alone feeling like I am playing the same game at all.

I’ll have to say… it depends how you play them.
If you play McCree like a sniper, you are only using his main fire, and therefore he is boring.
If you play Rein exclusively for defense, it can get boring.
If you only snipe whoever comes into your LoS with Widow… it’s probably the most boring thing ever… and if you only hack with Sombra and run away… that’s really, really boring.
I can imagine those Hammond guys who mostly just like to spin are next in line.
Naturally, the most exciting is probably someone like Genji, Lucio or Winston. Those Heroes are easily killed buy have wonderful kits that can make the game what feels, to me, like what Overwatch was meant to be from Day 1. In other words, Lucio, Genji, Winston, Tracer, Pharah… they just make sense in a game like this, more so than Heroes like Brigitte or Orisa. Just my opinion though, of course.

Mercy or Orisa.
Mercy for obvious reasons and Orisa isn’t necessarily that unfun to play but it’s mainly how slow and stationary she is that deters people from playing her.
Mercy. Not too sure who would be second.
Mercy never required thinking to play in comparison to any hero, and battle mercy is not a viable strategy.

Battle a mercy still contributes to fights, and as long as they are doing their best it’s not throwing.
Battle Mercy is a viable option.
I came in this thread ready to box someone, however, everything checks out.

Winston on the other hand.
I main Tank and enjoy playing almost all tanks in the game. But I just can’t have fun when I’m Winston. Sure he’s a great character and all, but his playstyle is just so boring.
His Ult is underwhelming, his gun is underwhelming and the only thing satisfying about his is killing people with his ult and Goomba stomping people.

Mercy… hps nerf made pocketing a more viable playstyle than juggling…
Maybe Pharah for me lately. Mercy at least has some rhythm and momentum. Pharah is just an endless cycle of hovering in the air and raining rockets down, sneak behind the enemy for an ult. Repeat.
