I dont think so.
Compared to resurrect, it has half the cooldown, does self CC you, is versatile to be used on yourself, on the enemy team, on your own team, or any combination of the above.
All without a cast time too.
Resurrect is powerful and can win teamfights but it has way more restrictions.
The way I see it, we either buff Resurrect or nerf nade (though I rather nerf nade, no need for another moth meta).
