besides i like ashe more and i do better with her so she’s my main.

I love how fun echo is, but I do wish she was a support. Or even a tank. We needed, and still need more tank/support heroes.
Otherwise I was probably the most disappointed about doomfist. Was fun to play on the PTR until you started fighting him. Lol.
Doomfist and Bap
Although I don’t have much time played on them (but that supports why at the same time)
Doomfist is (for me) hard to get a grasp of the abilities and Bap is solely due to the fact that I don’t like burst weapons
Doom or Echo.
Doom cause getting CC’d to death got old after, like, the first time.
Echo because I was not expecting her to be a DPS hero at all.
Well the only hero I’d classify as overhyped is Sombra, and that’s solely because of how they handled the promotion leading up to her eventual release.
I’d say Doomfist, but from what I’ve heard, he wasn’t even supposed to be a hero. As a hero that barely fits in the game, he lived up to the hype as best he could.
With Sigma, the goofy stuff they do in-game with him doesn’t really bother me. He still has potential whenever they decide to do something with him in lore.

I was never hyped for Baptiste, and I think his character is really bland.
And not only that… after the first few weeks nobody was playing him much lol.

Sigma, a little bit. I was hoping for more gravity related abilities, maybe a low-grav field, or time-slow or something, instead of “durr big rock!”
He’s still nice to play from a pure gameplay standpoint, though.
Pretty much all of them.
None of these other characters have BOB, and I personally believe BOB is the greatest DLC character added to the game, hence Ashe will also share that credit

Gotta agree with Sigma. His reveal trailer is something I still watch every once in a while because of how disturbing and cool it is. Then I realize he’s kinda just a Redditor in game lol
I like how you refer to excitement and hype as unreasonable expectations. People are allowed to be excited for things and also to be disappointed. It’s called being human.
